SHIPPING: We ship UPS Standard for domestic and international shipping (faster service is available on request)

International customers please note: any additional fees including duties, VAT or any other charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

CAPSULE RETURN POLICY: Consignment and store owned items have a 24 hr inspection period.Items returned within this 24 hr period may be exchanged for credit of equal value or a refund minus a 5% restocking fee * ( all amplifiers are final sale).Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold .

CAPSULE LAYAWAY POLICY ON STORE OWNED ITEMS: 50% minimum down payment required, refundable as store credit only, balance to be payed in 60 days, 24 hr approval rate is forfeited

CAPSULE LAYAWAY POLICY ON CONSIGNMENT ITEMS: Same as above ,balance to be paid in 14 days.

Warranty excludes speakers,tubes,strings and other consumable accessories

WARRANTY POLICY ON CONSIGNMENT ITEMS:

Consignment items do not have a warranty,but come with a 24hr inspection period

Capsule is not responsible for fluctuating currency exchange rates. Currency exchange rates are calculated on the day of the transaction
